• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied.
Defective or Damaged Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@funkollectables.com with a photo of the item and packaging.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
